Coordination and booking: We confirm with your suppliers the products and quantities to be delivered and will handle bookings on airline shipments according to your instructions. Also, we will be continuously reporting new alternatives in routes and rates, as well as options in the event of failure on flights

Documentation: Foreign trade may require next documents: Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Dangerous Goods, Airway bill, invoices from suppliers are checked in order to clearance.

Finally we send a pre-alert E-Mail or fax informing all the details of each shipment (airway, route, estimated departure and arrival time and flight confirmation from each supplier).
